A short, plain-language agreement for using the Hushywear assistant inside ChatGPT. It sets out what the assistant does, what to expect, and where your purchase is actually completed.
01Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Hushywear assistant inside ChatGPT and this website. By using the assistant, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Purchases you complete on our online store are additionally governed by the store’s own terms of sale, shipping and returns policies.
02What the assistant does
The assistant is a styling and shopping helper. It can show products from our collection, suggest looks, recommend a size from measurements you provide, answer policy questions, and take you to our store to complete a purchase. The assistant itself does not take payment. Checkout, payment and fulfilment happen on our live store, including cash on delivery where available.
03Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract and to shop online in your jurisdiction. By using the assistant you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
04Acceptable use
- Use the assistant only for lawful, personal shopping purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or its providers.
- Do not misuse the assistant to submit unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
05Styling and size guidance
Recommendations from the assistant — including size suggestions, pairings and styling — are guidance, not guarantees. Size recommendations are estimates based on the measurements you provide and the product’s size chart; fit can vary by body, fabric and cut. Please review product details and our size charts before purchasing. The assistant’s responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate.
06Products, pricing and orders
Product availability, descriptions, prices and promotions are controlled by our store and may change without notice. Where the assistant shows a price or stock status, it reflects store data at that moment and is not a binding offer. A sale is formed only when you complete checkout on the store, subject to the store’s terms. We may correct errors, decline or cancel an order, or limit quantities as described in those terms.
07Payment and delivery
Payment (including cash on delivery where offered), shipping, delivery timelines, returns and exchanges are handled through our store and its payment and courier partners, and are governed by the store’s policies. Please review those policies at checkout.
08Intellectual property
The Hushywear name, logo, designs, product imagery, text and the look and feel of the assistant and this website are owned by Hushywear or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission, except as needed to use the service normally.
09Third-party services
The assistant runs inside ChatGPT (OpenAI) and relies on Shopify, Vercel and other providers. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of third-party services beyond our control.
10Disclaimers
The assistant is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that recommendations will meet your expectations or that the service will always be available.
11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hushywear will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the assistant. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and your rights as a consumer in respect of products purchased are not affected.
12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
13Changes
We may update these Terms as the assistant evolves. The “last updated” date above shows the current version, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
